Relax culture, nothing more to work happily.

Cons

No projects, they are loosing existing projects for all technologies. Not good work culture, management too. they sold many business to others This year no appraisal due to bad growth. No training for new skills.

Cons

Very bad management. They do not care employee if you are working in client place as long as you billable. Very bad bench policy.

Cons

Bad Management, open door policy is just for name sake, there are a lot of good opportunities for you, if you are from the same region as of your manager and/or higher management, more than your talent your region is important, COBC(code of business conduct) is useless.
