Lots of project diversity.

Cons

No real strategy. Crisis mode drove a lot of decisions---especially quarterly revenue numbers. Executive leaders don't understand the value of long-term investment and trusted relationship building. Focus us always on quick, instant wins.

Nothing to say think twice accepting the offer

Cons

Worst company to work in USA ... HR never tell you about their separation policy when hiring into Mphasis. After completing the project they simply told you if they can’t find another project with in 2 weeks either you need to go back home country or leave the company...Moreover they don’t have clients ....🙏🙏🙏🙏

Used to have excellent insurance. Very descent work life balance. Good team members.

Cons

Promotions only wihtin the "circle". Management not familiar with U.S. labor laws. Low pay. Arrogant management.
