Pros
Pay is decent for entry level position. The interview is also pretty easy if you have any knowledge of programming in Java/C. Their training program also assists you in understanding recent technologies and gives you your first real paycheck
Cons
Absolutely zero reliability. Most of the time when they say you're gonna get placed somewhere, that will almost never happen. Things can get delayed for absolutely zero reason, their clients act like they own the world and in a nutshell you're better off working for startups until you can boss around people like most bigshot companies do. Working in the IT service field is tough, but since you're a 3rd party guy from a IT vendor, you'll actually get tossed aside like a used napkin if the Client demands it. Highly recommend staying away just like other IT service companies like Revature etc
