      Pros

      Mphasis have some of the best minds and talent in IT and software development I have seen in a single company.

      Cons

      Lack of coherent message from Senior management. Inconsistency of performance, management and logistical handling of company resources including it's personal. Inconsistency with approach to software development and project handling. No clear establishment of employee roles, duties and job requirements.
