Argue about money owed to employees, even when validated
Any time MphasiS is involved in anything, they mess things up because their idiots
Could care less about their employees needs
Impossible to get any sort of answers or responses from them, God help you if you need something in a timely manner
They worry more about their ridiculous websites that don't ever work, where they want their employees to log into to rate them than they do getting work done. Then, complain because work isn't done.
They constantly rotate people from India in and out of jobs however, everyone is completely and totally incompetent. Very tight with money, no raises ever. The powers that be will fly into their different companies from time to time and show up in Limos and have company wide meetings telling everyone how well the company is doing and how much money has been made this year yet, when everyone doesn't get raises for several years standing, the reason is always that MphasiS didn't make a profit this past year.
Every company they aquire, they drive into the ground.
