HR processes are week. No escalations or poorly managed processes for compensations increases the lead time to reimburse the expenses.

Not much work .. just have fun For a Fresher .. who just have one offer.. can join Mphasis.. but keep looking .. even a B grade company with half the salary would be better than Mphasis.

Cons

BENCH POLICY - You don't get project in 2 months , SALARY REDUCED TO HALF, another 2 months no project .. SALARY STOPS I know of people who joined this company and never got a project (because the company didn't have any projects) and their salary got reduced to HALF .. and eventually they have to leave the company. - They recruit people for projects which are 6-8 months long, Once the project is over . all employees are on bench and in 2 months they are at a risk of loosing HALF their Salary. - Higher Management is too stingy to run an IT company. - On my joining date itself.. my team mates were laughing at me.. for switching from a good IT company to Mphasis .. I din't realize then.. but slowly understood.. that its better i should run away as soon as possible...
