      Need to satisfy the end client as well as HP. Weak HR Team - Most of the guys even don't know who is their HR. Lack of Trainings. You wont improve your technical skills unless you are in a very good project. Lot of Cost Cutting Polocies - This was started when HP took over from EDS No Benefits other than Salary - Health Insurance is worst. Company insures you just for 75K Worst Infrastucture and Facilities - Intranet is very bad No Onsite Opportunitie
