Pros
if you are not working on any project then no need to come office tell some of your frnd to login in their m/c. Good for those who don't want to work. If you are working in small firm and want to take the brand then you can go wid it.
Cons
If you are on bench for more then three months...then your salary will be half. Management is very poor. No transperiency All the internal sites are designed very badly.No use of that. HR section is worst.
