you will balance with work and life.you have many more opportunity to travel abroad,management people are good,so i can say to everyone to join if you got opportunity.

Cons

Currently mphasis changes the Bench policy according to your rating means if you got 3 rating ,you will get three month full salary after that your salary for last three month will half.

It is a great place to work with open door policies. The people are very cool and helpful. The benefits are outstanding and there are a lot of career opportunities. Opportunities to travel and see the world.

Cons

The compensation needs to be closer to market value. The company was recently acquired and it is unclear if and what kind of changes may occur.
