Flexible timings. Some managers are good; one can grow if aligned with the right manager for years. FInding it hard to come up with any more.

Cons

Poor Processes and mostly ill-thought. Of late, culture of "Management has the power to make others do things" is growing. So much so, activities being stuff down employees throat with little regard to feasibility or acceptability. New organizational initiatives seem to be knee-jerk reactions - to don't know what..

salary structure is good and the work locations are also good inspite of various management issues and the work culture is cool.

Cons

no management inside the company.Everybody is here just for the sake of money and nothing else. Recruited more than 1000 employees this year but they don't really have projects in their hands.
