      The company has stability as well as agility Lot of things are being put in place now- after mergers/ acquisitions When you want a role change, you get it- sooner or later

      Process maturity is low Collaboration could be better between the teams Scope for improvement in Clarity of vision and communication

      Pros

      Medical benefits package is decent. Lots of online training available.

      Cons

      Salary is lower than comparable jobs. Given title but treated and paid less than you should be. Management does not stand behind employees. Expected to do the work of more than one person but not compensated for it.

      you can learn something provided you are placed in right project.

      no room for personal life no consideration of past/present good work you can only dream about a decent package if not a good one you can easily become a scapegoat for management gimmicks forget transparency as soon as you join
