* Work recognition - Employees are rewarded for their work without any doubt * Good people to work around * Apart from the above points, I can hardly mention any thing good about this organization.

Cons

* No career growth. * Pathetic infrastructure * HR policies are not employee friendly. * Dull environment * No-Onsite opportunities * No processes followed be it in any department

Pros

If lucky you get into some support project where there's no work absolutely. Still get paid for doin night shifts.

Cons

No development projects. Only support and freshers are put on it where no techinical knowledge is required. A BPO kind of envirnment for freshers...Lame reasons by seniors managment when questioned about the kind of jobs given for freshers.

Work-Life Balance is there.Full salary is fixed. Gud take home. transport is bad. For those, who just want work life balance and no career can come and join.

Cons

not gud for freshers, they don't get projects easily. progressions are difficult. No onsite as all onsite is HP. So, decide.
