      No office timing constraints.. No work pressure.. More freedom.. Good trainings.. Paid me more than other companies ie top 4 mnc's..

      Cons

      Management of projects are not done in an efficient manner.. can be handled better. Too many applications for things to get done..

      Not sure if anything else is left to do cost cutting Shift from 2 PM to 10 PM but no shift allowances (timing is good for some)

      Very Less Salary No good projects Full Politics for appraisal and hikes. Management is not good.. No recognition of good performance. all support and maintenance project. For a fresher its a worst company. Nothing new to learn..
