      Pros

      flexi hours and no compulsion to stay for 8-9 Hours/day. if you are done with your work you can move

      Cons

      highr management are not intersted in boosting the career growth for their team members, a person has to do the same work even if he stays for 4-5 year with the company spcly in ITO. no visions, they are not sure what will happen to Mphasis, will it be an HP company or not.. no talk on it but when HR call the cadidate for an interview he/she says its HP :-)
