      Pros

      work culture in mphasis is one thing i liked most and also the flexibility with office timings makes it a nice company to work with.

      Cons

      managment aspect of mphasis needs some more transparency. individual growth in mphasis is not that easy if we compare it with some other big IT players in the market.

      The company has stability as well as agility Lot of things are being put in place now- after mergers/ acquisitions When you want a role change, you get it- sooner or later

      Process maturity is low Collaboration could be better between the teams Scope for improvement in Clarity of vision and communication

      Pros

      Medical benefits package is decent. Lots of online training available.

      Cons

      Salary is lower than comparable jobs. Given title but treated and paid less than you should be. Management does not stand behind employees. Expected to do the work of more than one person but not compensated for it.
