      Internal Politics, Ruining freshers carrer, Worst pay and no recongnition for employees who've stayed wit the company

      Pros

      If lucky you get into some support project where there's no work absolutely. Still get paid for doin night shifts.

      Cons

      No development projects. Only support and freshers are put on it where no techinical knowledge is required. A BPO kind of envirnment for freshers...Lame reasons by seniors managment when questioned about the kind of jobs given for freshers.

      Pros

      Work-Life Balance is there.Full salary is fixed. Gud take home. transport is bad. For those, who just want work life balance and no career can come and join.

      Cons

      not gud for freshers, they don't get projects easily. progressions are difficult. No onsite as all onsite is HP. So, decide.

      Considerably good salary and less to learn for job

      Cons

      Not a professional atmosphere. Its more like a body shopper to HP. None of the Support Org / Tools function Properly No focus to retain Employers. Very Dangerous bench policy.if you are not on project. chances of loosing job is high. Even new recruited latteral and even freshers can get half of thier salaries after 3 months of joining and will ask to leave the company. No focus on Technology / Competency Building
