      It is a good company but it has lot of scope for improvements.

      1.Good work culture/enviroment 2.Flexi timings 3.Job Security. 4.good client base and lot of projects.

      Cons

      1.level of engagement with employees is very dissatisfying. 2.No information is made transparent by Project Managers to employees. 3.Feel isolated in the company at times. 4.Lot of internal politics. 5.Bench policy is not clear. 6.Admin work and process is very delayed 7.Although you say open and transparent culture,of course it is open but not transparent. You will not come to know anything about your performance. Feedback is almost non existent. 8.In APPS employees are treated like just another resource and no respect for them.

      1. Good work life balance. 2. Nice bench policy gives better chances. 3. Location changes encoraged by and large by the managers.

      Cons

      1. Compensation can be improved. 2. Rewards and recongition is only in policy. 3. The guy who workd well has to do all the work.

      Lot of opportunity for improvement and personal contribution. A lot of good work coming through HP the parent company. Pay is not bad

      Cons

      Too many frequent changes in leadership, causing the company to change policy very often. Reward and recognition is missing. lack of training capability
