      It is an excellent place to work if you have gained a decent amount of experience elsewhere . The work life balance is great

      Cons

      The management is bad . One of the worst transport departments i have ever seen.The transport people do not take care of employees

      now with the HP merger, senior mgt has no voice injustice through and through no growth no appreciation for work done no support - zero trust on the employee even after working for five years in the company

      Job Security..its like a govt JOB, nobody cares what you are doing actually Flexi Timings, nobody cares when you come & leave Balance in Family/Work Life Good Onsite opportunities, who have (eventhough do not have) skill, but butters the managers

      No Recognization for the Employees, who really work Buttering is plays BIG role in getting opportunities Senior Mngmt behaves like politicians No hikes & perks HR Policies are HIDDEN... not employee friendly Untrained (not certified PMP) Managers ....in most projects No proper appraisal... and many more...
