1.QPLP in UK even its optional as per laws in UK employees were forced to accept by promising hikes and promotion. 2.No Appraisal discussion between the employee and his reporting manager. Manager gives rating based on the input from one senior guy in the team who in no way knows or tries to understand what tasks the employee does. 3.Half of the managers are not trained to manage people or project

Lots of regional politics Highly inefficient. incompetent people,totally crap management . no onsite opportunities lots of office politics when you work here you will feel that you are working for a dying industry.
