      Not goos projects in ITO sector

      Pros

      One of few companies providing sector wise importance to projects.Instead of focussing on one stream MphasiS provides 3 towers and is capable of leading the organisation towards high rated results within short period of time.. With rapport support from Hp its is one amongst the tough compitent mid sized industries.

      Cons

      No good projects, If a member is in one project it is DO OR DIE kind of thing, no recognition towards your contribution and very dissapointed salary structures. Good for seniors who expect less work and good payment. But if you chose this company be ready to work in so called projects that are completly out of scope for Carrer deveploment!!!

      No risk place Immediate seniors are helpful and are willing to listen to your ideas Respect from team members Work life balance is okay-ish

      Cons

      Compensation is dissatisfactory, recent introduction of variable pay has made it more difficult No career growth as in no promotion No training and career development plan, it was there but has all been stopped Seems that there is favoritism at the upper level

      Pros

      Many maintenance projects. there are few smart people out there that really do some outstanding work. Many big name financial company are using their services.

      Cons

      Weak management and leadership at every level. As the size of the company has grown, they are not paying enough attention in mentoring people at the execution level.
