      Negative workplace, they understand and try to comply with the culture barriers, they have no integrity nor core values. No matter how much work you put in there is no appreciation, the clients are rude and they allow it. Upper management is very disconnected, they post the job as remote but as soon as you start you find out you will be working in an unsafe and unclean environment. Everything, I actually thought this job was a scam because I never applied. No core values, very unorganized, systems are outdated, the expectations they have are very unrealistic and instead of dealing with things they need to work on the employees are blamed for everything wrong even though we don’t have the resources needed to even do the job.

      No pros for delivery resources apart from getting your salary every month

      Cons

      Poor management .. No career growth.. No pay raises Worst off all you work full time but you are treated like a contractor once the project gets over like you are 0 value to them. Giving 4 weeks to find another project is not acceptable for a full time employee as it does not reflect the employee ability to get staffed but timing especially when all projects are client staff aug and there are zero full project won by the company Dont join this company onsite (US, UK, etc)

      Salary in time without any delay

      Cons

      No guarantee for employment period, may get fired any time when contract ends. It can be even with 3 months or 6 months without ant prior communication or notice :( Treating client as God ( as in typical Indian outsourcing company) and once client contract ends then u will get fired without placing under any other client project .
