      It is a good company but it has lot of scope for improvements.

      1.Good work culture/enviroment 2.Flexi timings 3.Job Security. 4.good client base and lot of projects.

      Cons

      1.level of engagement with employees is very dissatisfying. 2.No information is made transparent by Project Managers to employees. 3.Feel isolated in the company at times. 4.Lot of internal politics. 5.Bench policy is not clear. 6.Admin work and process is very delayed 7.Although you say open and transparent culture,of course it is open but not transparent. You will not come to know anything about your performance. Feedback is almost non existent. 8.In APPS employees are treated like just another resource and no respect for them.

      Another usual IT firm, very few talented managers and leaders Average pay, more promises that are never fulfilled satisfactory work

      Cons

      Does not retain talented people, TLs and PMs are dumb, will not work and never let you work Huge promises for promotion that are never done

      1. Job security for people who doesn't like to take risks & challenges, others would have been got into a better company by now. 2. Moderate work pressure

      1.QPLP in UK even its optional as per laws in UK employees were forced to accept by promising hikes and promotion. 2.No Appraisal discussion between the employee and his reporting manager. Manager gives rating based on the input from one senior guy in the team who in no way knows or tries to understand what tasks the employee does. 3.Half of the managers are not trained to manage people or project
