1) Lots of opportunities for training 2) Good perks - You get shift allowance and quarterly performance bonuses as well 3) Transportation is efficient. I have rarely ever been let down by them 4) Salary always on time.

Cons

1) Management is not good. It is impossible to get work done out of them with regards to transfers/late salary payment 2) They do not match candidate's profile with the job in question, This is especially true for freshers. Freshers are not allowed to find a job in which they are most useful. They are just chucked into whatever project has a requirement
