Good for a fresher, to learn and grow. few onsite opportunities if you are in right project and lucky.

Cons

If you are working in Kshema, global village.. your are in nightmare.. you need to share your desktop/machine in shifts.. no proper food or facilities.

Even though, I was fresher, I have given free hand in exploring new testing tool QTP. Mangalore training academy was best place in all the three years of my stay in Mphasis

Cons

Sometimes Mphasis will give you free hand in learning the things and will give you the responsibilities but when you delivers on your task, management won't deliver what they promise you. They will directly lie to you, make false promises. There is a lot of partiality done between North and South Indians. HR also doesn't took congisance even if you complain.There will not be privacy between your conservation with HR. HR will disclouse with ur manager. Total lack of professional ethics, Management is bad and a lot of partiality
