Cons

Promises that are never kept Sees employees as numbers and less as human beings Will not listen or entertain any idea that may improve work life or a happier workplace All in all don’t waste your time or it will feel like time wasted we are all replaceable and with a little “training” anyone can do this job in the mind of management. People in this line of work are a dime a dozen good luck with that hardheaded mentality

Your schedule can be somewhat flexible, the pay and benefits are competitive, and most importantly, this is a warm and welcoming work environment where everyone is appreciated.

Cons

I love everything about my job, the company, and the owners. I genuinely do not have any complaints and this is hands down the best company I have ever worked for.
