4yIt pains us to know that anyone would feel this way. Our teams are led by seasoned electrical service professionals who have and continue to work in the field. As a company, we believe in working together and we follow processes and a system to help us. This applies whether an individual works in the office or the field. Of course, eligibility for bonuses is contingent on following those same processes and the requirements are transparent. We’ve purchased 15 new vehicles in the last two years which comprise 60% of our fleet. COVID put a crimp in team social events as it has elsewhere but that’s loosening up and our branch managers have hosted skeet, golf, and food events recently. Of course, we are not perfect, but we are always working together to get better. We wish you the best of luck in finding an opportunity that meets your needs.
