Pros

Great work life balance and the company culture is second to none. Very open to sharing knowledge and experience, while there is a competitive environment it stays friendly. Almost complete control over your income potential

Cons

It does take some time to get a good understanding of how to make money and establish a good customer base, but once you get that situated I've never made better money.
