Nothing at all. Just a paycheck IF they don’t screw up.

Cons

Horrible management. Horrible employees…. All KARENS. Unorganized You are on call all week and every hour, wasn’t getting paid for it unless you book a job and it goes through. Have no life outside of work A lot of responsibility for 1 person.
