      Discount Friendly Customers Cute Pets Clean Store Learning more about animals

      Cons

      Inconsistent Scheduling, you will be called in at any time to cover shifts because they do not hire enough people. Toxic management and leadership throughout. They make you do a lot of extra work, when less work could create the same outcome. Mud Bay only cares about profit, not customers or employees anymore.

      No raises but bring in lots of product and programs not asked for. No incentive to do better, and they barely pay enough to keep us from leaving
