      Great company, nice co-workers and great benefits

      Cons

      Made employees keep phone in back room which I think is disrespectful. People should be able to have phones on them in case of family emergency, but should not use otherwise. It made me feel like a teenager instead of trusting that I would be responsible.

      Pros

      Great pay, generous discounts, decent benefits, not open too late - so late evenings are usually yours, customers are mostly great, getting to see and interact with customers' animals

      Cons

      Retail hours, random scheduling, too corporate now, PTO is the bare minimum with no sick leave PTO accrual, constant changes and restructuring (all benefitting the Home Office/Higher ups), mostly repetitive days/weeks, not as much room for advancement
