      -Petting dogs! -Most individual store teams have amazing people to work with -Staff discount

      Cons

      -Pay has not kept up with cost of living -Fulltime positions brought down to 32hrs/wk (if you want more hours, you have to find shifts to cover yourself) -Schedules are inconsistent week-to-week (company promised to implement consistent schedules months ago but has yet to do so) -Home Office is very disconnected from day-to-day responsibilities for store employees, often leading to asking for more than stores can realistically handle -Company owners will impulsively invest in multiple new business ventures, many of which have not been profitable or successful
