Pros
Opportunity to learn a lot about animals, you get to interact with dogs every day and help find healthy solutions for dogs/cats/small animals. Good start if you want experience with people and some animals.
Cons
Basically just a retail job-- but you are required to know and be able to learn a lot about dogs and cats. The company has good intentions, but is growing so fast that it promotes people who are not ready to be in management or leadership. People burn out pretty fast because there is so much to know and not enough support from leadership and management.
