- Micro management. They don’t really want software engineers who will solve problems, they want programmers who will code what they are told and don’t ask questions. Some people manage to get some autonomy, but you will not be trusted as professional by default. - A LOT of bad software engineering practices. The worst place I’ve been at when it comes to that. And in combination with micro management it creates an awful combination where you are forced to do things in a way you consider ridiculous. Its really hard to grow in such environment - most likely you will degrade as you will learn to close your eyes on a lot of things. - No management. All managers are developers - which sounds good in theory, but leads to even worse results in practice. No clear goals, direction changes 180 degrees every few months, everything is always urgent.

- There’s a strong culture of overtime, leading to long hours, often at the cost of productivity and quality. - Passive aggressiveness is common in the workplace. - Pressure to attend company and team events outside of working hours. - Pay is average. - Elements of a "corporate cult" are present, with employees often referred to as "Mujinians," encouraged to view the workplace as a "Mujin family," and focus heavily on company goals even when detrimental to employees' well-being.
