      Pros

      My interview process with this company was wonderful. From my recruiter being quick to respond to my questions, to the skills tasks and hiring managers being engaging and knowledgeable, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Now that I've been here a few months, I can say without a doubt that this is the best company I've worked for. The culture is impeccable, the creativity and innovation of our tech team never quits, and my peers are welcoming, knowledgable, kind and supportive. And did I mention the benefits? Amazing health benefits for your whole family, food stipends, remote and hybrid roles, and so so so much more! 1000000/10 would recommend!

      Cons

      remote work means I don't get to see my team in person as much as i'd like, but really there are no cons to this company... and I mean it!

      Competitive compensation, flexible work hours, emphasis on work/life balance, work from home, new ideas are appreciated

      Cons

      More transparency and faster rate of communication between management and rest of company. Stock options would be appreciated and impactful.
