*The company doesn't have too much structure in all the internal processes, but continually improves them.

Pros

Good perks. Lots of health centric snacks to help keep you're body and mind balanced at work. Freedom to explore solutions to project challenges.

Cons

Communication, Culture, Leadership, needs work. Owner and upper management treat the company like a frat-house. Work life balance was non existent. If you weren't working 10+ hours or in the office at an exact time, you were seen as a problem.

We get a lot of great perks here. Never had a job that have these kind of perks before. Flexible hours. Good work n life balance here. Very positive work atmosphere and everybody here is nice and friendly.

None that I can think of.
