      The people I work with are great. Decent pay.

      Poor upper management, pay seems to be based on time not performance. Unpleasant core customers.

      Pros

      Stable company, has never had a mass layoff or a bankruptcy. Many great administrators working for this company.

      Cons

      No raises, even after asking year after year. Abusive work loads for administrative staff. Promotions have more to do with being young college graduates than they do with skill or competence. Abusive managers that have no management skills. Sales people are provided extremely poor training. Then when they can't produce the company will change their pay to commission only. This forces the salesperson to quit so the company doesn't have to pay unemployment.

      Benefit are fair. Pay is equal to market

      Cons

      Senior management has the power to do whatever they hire and fire with out direction or due process. It’s all political if your boss like you then you have a job no matter how you are performing. If your boss doesn’t like you highly likely you will get fired without justification.
