Flexible hours to perform gigs. Employee discounts for gear from Guitar Center. No drug testing! the paychecks always cleared. The roof didn't leak when it rained. (I needed a 20 word minimum for this section)
Cons
MAC uses An Archaic Computer /IT system. It is not networked with the different compartmentalized sections of the company. It is MAC company policy to keep the repair techs from talking Directly with a customer, leaving an uneducated clerk to describe why certain repairs are necessary ; which causes frustration for customers, and ethical repair techs, and retail clerks who would like to give a knowledgable answer that can usually only be answered by a qualified technician. Repairs as simple as string changes have been sent to the repair center -usually with a week minimum turnaround time. Poor choices of inexperienced managers and other recourses .Poor selection of Quality step up Instruments that rental equity can be used to Purchase. Most instruments are Chinese Manufactured. Huge loss of equipment and instruments due damage from to shipping overland/overseas. Lack of care or concern for customers long term satisfaction and repeat business. Low company Morale.
