Pros

Good benefits, great training, extremely fun work environment, it's a growing site creating great opportunities for department changes and promotions which are always high. Sweet product room! Employee perks, giveaways, and affordable gear purchases. Embraces healthy sales competitiveness and an awesome music culture. In a nutshell this site is going to get bigger and better!

Cons

Needs to expand the outdoor loungeS a bit more. Management pay and incentives need some improvement.

Pros

Coworkers and team leaders are generally really great people to be around and are really the only reason to come in to work

Cons

Policies change constantly with little-to-no notice, company doesn't care about their employees, turnover is crazy because no one can stay more than six months. I was put on a final warning for attendance after having to go to the ER and submitting a note to be out of work. Management does not care about their employees.

Stifling Micromanagement & General lack of competency

Pros

The employee discount is the only thing.

Cons

Juggling office politics, and doing so for pennies. Culture there is awful, with the reigning king and queen keeping their noses in everything & cultivating a hostile work environment by doing so. Rather than rewarding performers, they reward anyone who is willing to 'play the game' & throw others under the bus for their personal gain. They ensure that everyone knows they are not valued or appreciated, but should make work their number one priority anyhow. After all, we're all so lucky to have jobs in this economy.
