Pros

most of your coworkers are going to be awesome people. you get a decent discount at MF.com and Guitar Center Stores.

Cons

policy changes on a dime, with little to no acclimation period. attendance can be strict depending on how well liked/well you perform pay is less than deserved, especially for CSRs.

Pros

Team Leads and Supervisors are not selective about you being on their team. Anyone can ask any TL or Sup for advice in customer service and or sales needs.

Cons

Little to no room for advancement. They pick unusual choices to promote vs who is actually qualified. Not much vacation or personal time for basic life needs like Dr. Apt. Very unfriendly to anyone with health needs and issues. STRICT on late. Not likely to discuss salary with a positive outcome. Doesn't take or use suggestions for improvement even though they have a suggestions box and committee for it. Language of employees on the floor is atrocious and never addressed. F-bombs is casual language even during day hours.

Pros

Decent pay for the work we do. Co-workers are great. Health insurance is pretty good. Dental and vision care are also good. Nice cafeteria area.

Cons

There are extensive rules for everything. The management treats the employees like kids. Any chance they get, they will cheat you out of paying for things. For example, will ask employees to leave early before a holiday, but won't pay holiday pay. Vacation accruement is poor. Point system for attendance is extremely rigid. Corporate in CA makes most decisions, so the communication is poor (because we are in KC). Black out period during peak season (winter), which means no one can request time off.
