Pros

I’ve really enjoyed my time at My Fit Foods so far. The team culture is one of the best parts — everyone is positive, supportive, and genuinely excited about the work we’re doing. It feels like being part of a close-knit group that pushes each other to do well while keeping the energy fun and encouraging. What stands out most to me is that I finally feel like I’m at a company that truly sees my value and uses my strengths in the best way possible. That’s not something I’ve always experienced in past roles, so it means a lot.

Cons

Things can move quickly since the company is growing, but the fast pace also keeps things interesting. Overall, it’s been a really rewarding place to work, both personally and professionally.

Pros

Helping the customers reach their fitness goals

Cons

My Fit Foods sells a vision of growth and success, but the reality doesn’t match the pitch. They highlight a few individual “success stories” during hiring but fail to mention the countless people they’ve burnt out along the way. While I believe management means well at their core, the culture is not what it’s made out to be. There is little room for advancement despite what they promise. Leadership often lacks clarity, overpromises, and underdelivers. They preach initiative but punish you if you don’t follow their exact way. Micromanagement is constant, and the environment feels rigid and stressful for what should simply be a role focused on helping people achieve their goals. Turnover is extremely high, and it’s easy to see why once you’re inside. If you’re considering working here, be cautious—don’t get blindsided by all the promises.
