Cons

Playing favorites. 4 GKM's in 5 months....really unstable. Horrible management. Horrible pay. Warning....pay increases take months to get approved. Stop lying to new investors......watch the shell game on the price is right....where is the money. Its a losing company.

Pros

Learning about nutrition and the different diets, supplements and types of foods there are out there. The FOH and BOH staff are amazing. You also meet some amazing and pretty cool people when helping out

Cons

The some management does not care about you. They talk down to you even if you are doing everything correctly. Product runs out quickly, yet you have to hit your goals without the product. The job went from all about nutrition and helping people to all about numbers, goals and sales

Pros

A bonus for working for My Fit Foods, as with any retail position, the schedule can be fairly flexible. The employees also get heavily discounted meals.

Cons

This is a tough question since there are so many. This company lacks HEAVILY in employee relationships. Senior management has made it crystal clear that they do not care about the employees that are beneath them. I attribute some of that to the fact that most of the senior leadership came from 24 hour Fitness and had never worked retail before. I understand that this is a business and their main goal is to make money, unfortunately, that is all My Fit Foods cares about. Most of the employees here live inches above the poverty and we are not allowed overtime, in fact we are not even allowed to get 40 hours a week. The employees that had been there for some time were promised raises but when the time came for them to come through, HR said that the company could not do it because they are broke. Ridiculous goals are set for each individual employee without any compensation for meeting or exceeding those goals, and if those goals are not met then the employee has to attend an underachievers meeting. The top 1% of the company benefits from the efforts of the 99%.
