Your boss would make you work like a puppet. He promises to give you a raise but finds excuses not to " because it will hurt his income". GM dont care about you, they only care about reaching their goals and grabbing their commission. GM/NC will make you to do their jobs while they are out "marketing" to their houses. They will eventually take you off the the schedule. If you are a good looking woman then you have a better chance of getting promoted straight to an nutrition coach. if i could i would have given this rating a 0 star. yes this is a rant.

To focused on numbers, frequent changes to policies, little to no growth opportunity, not enough focus on helping customers.
