      Boring work and miserable

      Low call volume Bonuses My boss was awesome

      The work here is so boring and you have to be fast at it. There’s very little room for mistake and you’re expected to push upwards of 70 cases a DAY. You also have to be on phones and you really shouldn’t have to be. Phone work is not something I personally enjoy and I couldn’t do it anymore even with their new inbound team you’d still get at least 20 calls a day and it would mess with your numbers and that messed up your bonus. All in all I loved working from home but I hated the job.

      Cons

      Management is demoralizing due to political environment that doesn’t value new ideas. I constantly am micromanaged and feel that I need to account for every hour of my day instead of the quality of my work. I dread interacting with my boss since he or she focuses on being nit picky/being quick to criticize instead of helping me grow.

      Wonderful team amd supervisor and remote work

      Cons

      Too many inbound calls and large caseload. Was not paid high enough for the workload I was given and the training was not relevant to my actual day to day
