      Pros

      When you have a great manager it makes all the difference in the world. I fortunately have an amazing manager that allows me autonomy to strategically run my territory in addition to providing guidance and advice. The company as a whole is fair with great benefits and compensation

      Cons

      You do have to work hard to get recognized. Not too over the top, but you will be working hard not only on keeping your numbers up, but also working to collaborate across the team, business unit, and others in the company. Performance reviews are fair, but they do expect much more than just driving revenue.

      Pros

      I have worked at myriad for 10+ years, left for a while and was very excited for the opportunity to return. I have a good work life balance and wonderful benefits. Enjoy the people I work with, very diverse in culture and education. Change is constant at Myriad, always something new going on, keeps things interesting.

      Cons

      Myriad needs to be more competitive ($$) in the field, loosing too many good people.

      Myriad Genetics Does Things Right.

      Pros

      The company cutture is laid back yet hardworking and innovative. The employees are intelligent and dedicated, morale is high, the products are revolutionary and for the good of all. The salaries are good, the benefits are awesome and include stock options, company match 401K, holiday and performance bonuses, excellent health care benefits at minimal cost to the employee, and so on. And there are always monthly "fun" events to celebrate birthdays, holidays, company milestones, etc. It really is a great place to work.

      Cons

      Small complaints, but it would be nice to not have to take sick leave from PTO hours, include work-from-home options for employees that can do their job without having to be on-site 100% of the time, offer paid or subsidized gym memberships. Again, first world problems as they say.
