      No longer a "family" feel

      Pros

      Decent pay, lots of locations to choose from (if your forward enough to push for it), older long term employees not as "clique' centered

      Cons

      Middle (District level) Managment and up, zero oversight of DC staff, no follow up from HR Managment (division level), poor understanding of what training is actually required vs. what staff is NATIOANLLY CERTIFIED in.

      Pros

      I loved being out on the road delivering parts, meeting new people & providing fast efficient service for almost 3 years. Most of the employees liked their jobs.

      Cons

      Health insurance expensive. NAPA sets caps on wages by the position you're in. Not alot of opportunity for advancement. No merit raises. Upper mgmt not in touch the real needs of each store's commercial customers.

      Pros

      This is a great company with lots of room for growth. I loved my time as an employee and would recommend them to anyone.

      Cons

      None really if you work hard and do what is asked of you, management will notice you. Hard work means advancements.
