Pros

Good benefits ; uniform services

Cons

Trashy , beat-up and sometimes unsafe delivery vehicles ; poorly managed ; too many white collar types whom are out-of-touch with their employees ; too many regulations / b.s. rules ; stock too many "dead stock" parts ( lawnmower parts ?? really ?? ) , and not enough of the parts which actually sell . ALL of the company's parts have the same-colored boxes ( Balkamp , et al. ) which makes stocking these parts an exercise in frustration . Deliveries on Sundays is a waste of time .

Pros

Strict 8-5 work schedule. Good people. You get to work on your own.

Cons

EXTREMELY strict 8-5 schedule and vacation policy. Very archaic leadership - not open to change. Promotions can be based on who you are friendly with, not how you go.
