A good reason to work for the comapany is depending on what location you are in you could probably work in an old run down building or in a brand new building. The location may also depend on what kind of customers you deal with. I really have no problem at all dealing with upset customers because they know that they should not be upset with me but more upset with the company. employee discount is very good. You get discounts on new cars, parts, computers, cell phones, etc..

Cons

In the location I work unfortunately, my coworkers are very immature from what I have seen. I know more knowledged than they do in the automobile field. They always ask me questions on things they dont know and its getting me annoyed. Area managers treat you like crap, they dont even say hi to you when they come into the building. They promise something that they will never do..... I could go on for ever telling you how bad it is to work for this company with very good reasons that can change your mind if you're planning on applying. All I could say is that if Management treated employees with respect and dignity I would highly recommend this job to ayone.

Fun to work at NAPA. You learn alot, real fast. Hours were good. Definetly never over worked. Fair responsibility distributed to employees.

Cons

No benifits where I worked. I never had a full time pay check. I always got stuck working four days at the end of one pay period and then five days at the beggining of the next pay period making for a nine day straight marathon.
