Pros

NBA has pretty good retirement plan and benefit package in general. It has casual working environment. And employee can request for some free game tickets.

Cons

Depending on your position and dept., working hours could be long. Promotion could be hard to get by. At times it's more about relationships than performances, and force some good resources to jump ship. when there are positions open up, it's more often they trust to hire outsiders than to promote someones from inside.

Pros

Laid back atmosphere, balanced workload, experienced, professional & helpful peers & superiors, team work, exciting for those interested in the behind the scenes production before during and after games.

Cons

The only thing I can say is that shifts can run fairly late in when there are a lot of games.
