Pros

Vibrant and smart group of people - it's amazing what happens when you put a good group of people together with a great brand and product. Also, it's nice to know that you can always check espn.com on your computer without worrying about your boss getting made at you!

Cons

Pay is obviously going to be lower because of the demand for positions. This is common across the whole industry, nothing unique to the NBA.

Pros

Some of the positive aspects to the National Basketball Association are most of the people are fun to work with and easy to get along with. They are fair and flexible when it comes to emergencies and having to take time off. There is a feeling of family, but due to lack of communication no one never knows if you are the prodigal son or the beat down redheaded stepchild. ..

Cons

Lack of communication, no positive incentive, no team feeling, a lot of animosity, managers that are always missing in action, deadlines that are NEVER met and NEVER on time or on budget!
