Pros

Most all of the New York staff is very smart and hard working. The league is cutting edge with its use of different media platforms for content. Most people enjoy working for the league since they are huge basketball fans.

Cons

Most of the staff in NJ, especially in Finance lack intelligence and business savvy of the NY staff. Also, most of the employees are "cool-aid" drinkers. They believe the NBA is the best sports league in the US, but the fail to notice that it is 3rd behind football and baseball, in terms of ratings and gate. This causes decisions to be made that does not further the progress of the league.
